• You have full legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain Services, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

All content provided by GMN — including software, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and databases — is the exclusive property of GMN or its licensors.

Users retain copyright to their own submitted content but grant GMN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, distribute, modify, and promote it within the scope of the Services.

Users may submit content (press releases, articles, comments, etc.) under the following conditions:

• Content must not infringe third-party rights
• Content must not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or misleading
• GMN reserves the right to review, reject, or remove content at its sole discretion

You are solely responsible for your submitted content and its compliance with applicable laws.

Some Services require payment, such as:

• Syndication with guaranteed reach
• Monthly or annual memberships
• Distribution campaigns

All prices are displayed in EUR or USD and may be subject to applicable VAT or sales tax. Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party processors.

Invoices are issued digitally unless agreed otherwise.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Services, all sales are final.​ Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:

• A technical failure caused a service to be undeliverable
• A duplication of payment occurred due to system error

Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of transaction.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or violate laws applicable to our operations.

Upon termination, all access to GMN platforms and tools will be revoked. GMN retains the right to preserve logs and content for legal compliance.

• Lost profits, data, or revenues
• Errors, omissions, or third-party failures

In no event shall GMN’s liability exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. GMN complies with the GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and other applicable privacy laws.

13. International Use

Our Services are accessible globally. If you access our platforms from jurisdictions outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

If you are a consumer within the EU, your statutory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

All disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Newark, Delaware, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.

GMN reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
